2026 Annual Meeting & HOA Board Election
The annual meeting includes the association's annual report, plans for the coming year, and the election of three directors: two three-year terms and one two-year term. Vote HOA Now ballots and instructions will be emailed by October 5 to email addresses on file. In-person voting and paper proxies are also available. A homeowner quorum is required for the election.

Data Center Town Hall
Open town hall regarding the proposed B.F. Saul data center and power substation project at Russell Branch Parkway, Ashburn Village Boulevard, and Route 7. Loudoun County residents have priority seating and priority in asking questions. No SPEX application has been submitted yet — the project still requires Board of Supervisors approval before it can proceed.

Neighborhood Ice Cream Party
Hosted by neighbor Marian Edward Faheem. All kids and families are invited to celebrate the start of summer with ice cream and meet their neighbors. Registration requested by Friday at 6:00 PM.
