Election information
The annual meeting is Thursday, October 22, 2026: registration at 6:45 p.m., meeting at 7 p.m., at Ashbrook Clubhouse, 44300 Arapaho Terrace, Ashburn, VA 20147, or via Zoom (meeting ID: 828 1767 8581; passcode: 300374). Homeowners will elect three directors: two for three-year terms and one for a two-year term. Vote HOA Now ballots and instructions will be emailed by October 5 to email addresses on file. You may also vote in person or request a paper proxy from Integrity Community Management. A homeowner quorum is required for the election.
