2026 Annual Meeting & HOA Board Election

Ashbrook Homeowners Association's 2026 Annual Meeting will be held Thursday, October 22, 2026. Registration opens at 6:45 PM; the meeting is called to order at 7:00 PM. Location: Ashbrook Clubhouse, 44300 Arapaho Terrace, Ashburn, VA 20147. Residents may also attend via Zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/ (meeting ID: 828 1767 8581; passcode: 300374). The meeting will include the association's annual report, announcements about plans for the coming year, and the election of three directors: two seats with three-year terms and one seat with a two-year term. Electronic voting will be provided by Vote HOA Now. Ballots and instructions will be emailed by October 5 to all email addresses on file. Homeowners may also vote in person at the October 22 meeting or email management to request a paper proxy. The candidate application deadline was September 25. Applications were to be returned to Integrity Community Management for inclusion on the ballot. Please plan to attend: the election cannot be conducted unless a quorum of homeowners is met.
